Every product bought from the Wisconsin Builders Association® comes with a 30 day limited warranty. The warranty applies only to products that have been confirmed as defective by the Wisconsin Builders Association®, which may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
To exchange a defective product, please call the Wisconsin Builders Association® at (800) 362-9066 within 30 days of purchase.
There will be no refunds for any reason for classes or events after the respective class or event has been held.
The dates and amount vary by event or class and are clearly stated on the website and registration materials for each respective event or class. Below is a sample cancellation policy:
Cancellations received 2 weeks or more prior to the event will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received more than 3 business days but less than 2 weeks prior to the event will be refunded at 50% of the original registration fee. Registration fees are non-refundable for cancellations received 3 or fewer business days prior to the event. If this program is not held for any reason, the Wisconsin Builders Association’s® liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee.
All items ordered that are in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of payment. However, if the item ordered is supplemental material for a class, the item will be delivered to the attendee on the date of the class. The Wisconsin Builders Association® will ship the item(s) via a public shipping service (i.e., UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service). If shipping charges are to be paid by the customer, the customer is notified at the time of purchase.
The price for events and classes varies by session and is clearly stated on the registration materials for each respective event. Member vs. non-member pricing is included on certain class and seminar registrations and is clearly stated when applicable. The Wisconsin Builders Association® offers early-bird discounts for certain events with a clearly stated early-bird deadline date. The Wisconsin Builders Association® charges a surcharge for mail, phone, or fax registrations for certain events and clearly states this in all registration materials for those events.
The Wisconsin Builders Association® offers membership lists for sale to its members upon request and subsequent approval of the Executive Vice President. Shipping charges and applicable sales taxes are billed to the customer for these lists. Members are notified upon their request of the total charges.
The Wisconsin Builders Association® collects information on its members for the purposes of operating as a member-supported trade association. Members’ company information, including only company name, address, and phone numbers, is available to the public on the Wisconsin Builders Association’s website, www.wisbuild.org. Members can request to be excluded from the public directory. Upon receipt of such request, the Wisconsin Builders Association® will immediately remove that company from the directory. Contact information for individual members is available only to other members upon request and subsequent approval of the Executive Vice President of the Wisconsin Builders Association®. No other information on members is shared with any party except to fulfill federal and state reporting requirements.
