Development Council
Developers, builders, engineers, attorneys, and service providers recognized that for too long the development industry has been reactive and not proactive — so they started the Wisconsin Builders Association Development Council.
This group of land development professionals had the vision to recognize it was time to change a system of unchecked local, state, and federal regulations that added costly delays to projects. They recognized that these regulations increased costs, limited housing options, and negatively impacted the economies of communities across Wisconsin.
With your help and support, the Development Council is the tool that will help the development industry coordinate its efforts so that a local problem is addressed before it becomes a statewide issue. Please review our brochure and join today.
