Jerry manages the operations, affairs and resources of WBA in accordance with the mission, vision and strategic plan of the WBA. Jerry is a frequent traveler to local associations to represent WBA and listen to member concerns. Jerry works closely with the WBA senior officers in developing the WBA budget and managing association issues. He also serves as the Executive Director of the Wisconsin Builders Foundation, the charitable arm of WBA and CEO of WBA Insurance Services. Finally, Jerry is WBA’s staff expert on regulatory issues, including environmental regulations, building codes and land use laws. He lobbies state agencies on building codes and regulations.

Brad leads WBA's efforts in the legislature, representing affordable housing. He is responsible for helping the association establish legislative priorities, working with legislators and regulators to get those priorities addressed, and interpreting new or proposed laws.  He staffs the Government Affairs and Building Industry Council.

Annie is responsible for producing the WBA's publications, including the Wisconsin Badger Builder magazine and the Wisconsin Building News e-newsletter. Annie is the Webmaster for the WBA Web site and produces informational and promotional pieces for all of our departments. Annie is the first contact for the media and coordinates statewide press releases. She is also the administrator for WBA's presence on FaceBook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Annie staffs the Executive Officers Council.

Kathy is responsible for the financial records of WBA, WBA Insurance Services the WBA Foundation and the Building Industry Council. This includes cash management, financial statements, budget preparation nad coordination of the annual review. Kathy is also responsible for the human resources administration of the WBA professional staff.  Kathy staffs the Finance Committee, Audit Committee and Associate Advisory Council and assists with staffing the WBA Foundation Board.

   
 

Accounting & Political Affairs Assistant

Mark assists with various accounting functions of all entities within the organization, and is the primary person responsible for the PAC and Builders Direct Fund recording and reporting. As Political Affairs assistant, he assists with political fundraising, staffs PAC auctions throughout the state, and is the contact person for the Building a Better Wisconsin PAC and the Builders Direct Fund. Mark also manages all building maintenance issues. He staffs the Local Officers Council and Building A Better Wisconsin PAC Committee.

Kim is the primary contact for visitors, members and local affiliates of the association. As Event Coordinator Kim staffs the Conference Committee and coordinates the annual Wisconsin Builders Conference including the Vendor Showcase.  Kim plans WBA’s schedule of meetings and events and handles inquiries to the Legal & Building Code Hotline.  She also manages the association database including membership and committee records and reports.
