Education Campaigns - The Building Industry Council participates in the following areas:

• Issue Advocacy: Advertising will help the public understand the positions that officials take on issues important to the health of

Building Industry Council, Inc. (BIC) is organized under section 501 (C)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. In addition to the public input it receives, BIC is administered by a core eight-member board including the Past President and President of the Wisconsin Builders Association.
