What is a Spike?
The NAHB Spike Club is NAHB’s recognition and incentive program for individuals working in membership recruitment and retention. Members earn one new member credit for each new member sponsored, one retention credit for first-year renewals and one-half credit thereafter for each year a recruit renews his or her membership. Based upon credits earned, there is a progressive program of awards including pins, certificates, plaques, sweaters, and blazers.

Highest year-to-date total credits: 
The dynamic trio of Gordon Lenz, Scott Allen and Esther Stange take the top 3 honors.
Brown County has 4 spots; Metro has 7, Valley 4, Manitowoc 2, with RKBA, SCVBA & HNBA each with a member in the highly esteemed top 20 for their efforts over this year-to-date.
