The client's dental practice was growing and he was relocating to a building after striking a deal on a largely unoccupied space. The interior and the exterior benefited from major treatment. The building's 1970s cultured stone façade was removed and replaced with vinyl siding. Three existing windows were closed in, some remaining windows were relocated, and all new energy efficient windows were installed. An ADA compliant ramp was constructed leading to the new glass storefront door. The interior was completely demolished and rebuilt. Four treatment rooms, a waiting room, private office, laboratory, two bathrooms, employee lounge, and a business office were framed and finished in approximately nine weeks.
