The project is a get-away home for a young couple with two children. They love entertaining. The space above the three-car garage became a dormitory style sleeping area, including a bathroom, a game-media room with a private deck. Four dormers were added to the second floor exterior for a great view of the lake. Significant upgrades include the staircase code updates and appeal. The front porch was converted to a "year round" room, offering a great view of the lake. The kitchen was enlarged, using spaces previously used by the laundry room and a bedroom.
