This four-season addition was added onto a 1,494 square foot home originally built in 1926. Installed in the floors are in-floor heat tubes. With the addition of eleven windows in this area an abundance of natural light is allowed to enter the addition. The siding, soffit and facia were blended into the addition to make the total outside appearance look like the structure was always part of the existing home. The interior has a wide-open look with 8/12 pitched ceiling, sloped can lights and a ceiling fan. The floor was covered with ceramic tile and the trim is a white-washed pine to match the rest of the home. With the small gas fireplace and the in-floor heat, this area is a very cozy space during winter months.
