This basement project is in a 1923 home with dashes of Tudor influence inside. The new basement project includes carved oak millwork, period plumbing and lighting fixtures and ceramic tile. The new lower level needed to provide additional storage, a large area for entertaining, and a 3/4 bath. The custom-designed bar comfortably seats eight guests. The back wall of the bar is comprised of a dishwasher and two under-counter refrigerators. The countertop of the back wall is Bianca Carrera marble.
