NOTE 1: The four credits for "Knowing It Inside Out" will count toward Continuing Education for those people who ALREADY HOLD a Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Credential or who already hold a UDC-Construction Inspector credential. If you need 12 credits in order to APPLY for a Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Credential, you need to take a special 12-credit course such as "New Builder Education" offered by the Wisconsin Builders Association.

4.0 Continuing Education Credits for UDC-Construction Inspectors and for Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Certification
This four-hour workshop covers content from the Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code. The seminar focuses on wall assemblies as they relate to the structure of the building. Three distinct areas of the dwelling will be explored: the basement, the garage, and the main level. Material selection, fastening, manufacturer's installation instructions, fire separation, membranes and flashing, and penetrations are covered. Participants will also get an "inside look" at some of the proposed changes to the UDC. Instructor: Devin Rains.

Cancelations received more than 3 business days, but less than 2 weeks prior to the event will be refunded at 50% of the fee. Registration fees are non-refundable for cancelations received within 3 business days of the event. If this program is not held for any reason, the Wisconsin Builders Association's liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee.
