Please join us for our final Virtual Member Meeting Day of the year! This means you can either attend the meeting in person at the Pyle Center in Madison, at a nearby participating local association satellite location, or remotely via your PC or smartphone.
Registration is now closed. You are still welcome to attend in-person at the Pyle Center or online! If you are planning to go to a local association satellite location and did not register, we recommend letting them know in advance.
Virtual Meeting Access
Here is the link that will take you to the virtual meeting portal.
Electronic Voting System
For our Board of Directors meeting, we will again implement an additional web service that will allow our voting-eligible BOD members to vote virtually via a poll mechanism. BOD voting-eligible members will receive an email with a special access code and instructions on Monday 10/1, and another on 10/10 as a final reminder. Please be sure to bookmark one of these emails so you can easily access it the day of the meeting!
