Members can attend the meeting in 3 ways:
- Virtually, via their PC, smartphone, or tablet
- Virtually via a participating local association satellite office (check with your local)
- In-person at the Pyle Center in Madison
Registration has closed. See you Tuesday!
How Do I Access The Meeting?
Members can access the meeting right here! This is where you'll stream all 3 meetings, including Advocacy Group, Membership & Local Officers Group, and the Board of Directors meeting. Stay tuned for more details.
How Do I Vote Remotely?
During the Advocacy Group and Membership & Local Officers Group, voice votes will be made via the chat window (the chat window is available to submit comments or questions throughout all of the day's meetings). This is open to WBA members only.
For the Board of Directors meeting, we have decided to implement an additional web service called MyVote that will allow our voting eligible Board of Directors members to vote virtually via a poll mechanism and we will receive the results in real-time. A link to this feature is available here, and BOD voting eligible members will receive an email on Monday 4/2 and Tuesday, 4/10 with a special access code so they can vote.
