HOME BUYER TAX CREDIT CAN NOW BE USED AT CLOSING
In an effort to help accelerate the recovery of the housing market, Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Shaun Donovan announced new rules that would allow the $8,000 first-time home buyer tax credit to be used to help with certain downpayment and closing costs. Read More
