Online Courses

The WB Foundation offers online continuing education credits for holders of Wisconsin's Dwelling Contractor credentials through its partnership with Slipstream and the B4 Conference, and On3.

These courses are designed to fulfill Wisconsin's continuing education requirements for dwelling contractors (12 credit hours every two years), and are approved by the Wisconsin Department of Safety & Professional Services (DSPS).

Due to a recent law change that will be impacting continuing education for DCQ license holders, anyone renewing their DCQ credential will be required four of the 12 required credits in subject matter that includes construction laws and codes and contracts, liability, and risk management.

The Wisconsin Builders Foundation has launched a newly created 4-credit class that will satisfy the new continuing education requirements. Members of record can access this course free of charge by clicking here and using the promo code provided on that page. Non-members can click the red “4-credit course” button below to access the course for $55.00. Your DCQ number will also be required at the time of registration.

When accessing the 4-credit course, you will need to “check out” (non-members for $65, members of record with a code), which secures your ability to take the course. Within 48 hours, you will receive an additional email from On3 with instructions on how to take the course - upon receiving this email, you will have 30 days to complete the course; be sure to check your spam email. Upon passing the course, WBA will receive an email from On3 and will submit your credits to DSPS.
