Online Courses
The WB Foundation offers online continuing education credits for holders of Wisconsin's Dwelling Contractor credentials through its partnership with Slipstream and the B4 Conference, and On3.
These courses are designed to fulfill Wisconsin's continuing education requirements for dwelling contractors (12 credit hours every two years), and are approved by the Wisconsin Department of Safety & Professional Services (DSPS).
New 4-Credit Course Continuing Education Requirement
Due to a recent law change that will be impacting continuing education for DCQ license holders, anyone renewing their DCQ credential will be required four of the 12 required credits in subject matter that includes construction laws and codes and contracts, liability, and risk management.
The Wisconsin Builders Association Foundation have launched a newly created a 4-credit class that will satisfy the new continuing education requirements. Members of record can access this course free of charge by using the code DCQ2022MEMBER at checkout. You will be required to provide your DCQ number at this time as well. Within 48 hours of checking out, you will receive an email from On3 with instructions on how to take the course - be sure to check your spam folder! Upon receiving this email and creating your login, you will have 30 days to complete the course. Upon passing the course (70% required), WBA will receive an email from On3 and will submit your credits to DSPS.
